Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of miragelabs.dev and the interactive demo (the “Service”), operated by Mirage Labs (“Mirage,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
01Who may use the Service
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. The Service is intended for business and research use, and access may be limited to certain regions.
02The demo and access codes
Parts of the Service, including the interactive demo, are gated behind an access code. You are responsible for keeping any code or credentials we issue confidential and for activity that occurs under your access. We may revoke access at any time. The demo is provided for evaluation and demonstration; it is not a production security tool and its outputs are illustrative.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to attack, probe, or disrupt systems, models, or data you do not own or lack authorization to test.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that contains personal data you are not permitted to share.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or our underlying systems.
- Interfere with the Service, circumvent access controls or rate limits, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it. Mirage builds tools for adversarial testing of AI; you agree to use them only against systems you are authorized to test.
04Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, text, graphics, and the Mirage name and marks, is owned by Mirage or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service and provide your results.
05Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
06Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, and security, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
07Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result or output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. Nothing on the Service is legal, security, or professional advice.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirage and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mirage from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive termination.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or that the parties agree may proceed in court.
12Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
